The inventors of our new brand “FEANDREA” have a very special relationship with cats: two small, orphaned kittens, lovingly nursed back to health by one of the company’s employees, gave rise to the idea of developing animal-friendly furniture.
With this heart-warming story in mind, the designers of “FEANDREA” created cosy, functional and stylish pet furniture like the scratching tree shown above.
Climbing tree with numerous special features
In order to meet the special requirements of all cats, our cat tree has some special features. First, the stability has been improved. The base plate is strengthened by additional wood strips, the sisal poles have an extra-large diameter of 7.1 cm and the anti-toppling devices provide for better stability.

- Place the cat tree in a corner of the room and use on a level surface.
- Do not use the cat tree in a humid environment.
- Children are not allowed to climb or play on the cat tree.

- If your cat starts to chew or eat the furry balls or elastic band, please remove the toys and keep them out of the reach of your cat.

In general, your order will be delivered by a third-party provider (e.g. DPD, DHL, UPS) to your doorstep to the address you have given. Depending on the workload of the shipping company, shipping takes 7-20 working days. * Please be noted that all information regarding the shipping duration is estimated. We cannot guarantee that your order will arrive on a specific day.
After the package has been dispatched, we will send you the tracking number so that you can track the package. On the website of the responsible shipping company, you can check the shipping status and, if necessary, set delivery preferences.

You have the right to cancel the order within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Please return the goods, if possible, in the original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. We will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you choose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us) without undue delay and not later than fourteen days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract. In the event that you receive defective, incorrect or incomplete merchandise, please contact us right away so we can make it right. For faster assistance with a return or exchange claim, please email us with your order number, contact information and photos documenting damages (if applicable). Please retain all items and packaging materials until your claim is resolved. If your replacement item is back-ordered or out of stock, we’ll notify you as soon as we have the estimated arrival date, or we may work with you to suggest a suitable replacement.
